The Project Manager drives and delivers successful outcomes across a variety of project management initiatives for URBN's Global Supply Chain organization. This role supports the delivery and overall success of assigned projects across all workstreams, engaging with the stakeholder team, proactively managing the plan, and informing leadership of progress. The ideal candidate has broad knowledge of project management tools and principles, with the ability to manage risk, critically evaluate issues encountered, and develop pragmatic solutions, including escalation when appropriate.\nRole Responsibilities\nPartner with Supply Chain, Shared Services teams, vendor partners, consultancies, URBN stakeholders, and site operations teams to support the successful delivery of assigned projects.\nPlan all activity with relevant stakeholders and generate project plans to support the delivery of key milestones, including scoping, defining approach, and creating business cases.\nOwn end-to-end project management, including project reviews and learnings assessments.\nEstablish a strong project governance structure closely aligned to the Global Supply Chain PMO.\nUpdate and maintain project documentation.\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.\nUpdate and maintain comprehensive reporting, communicating to the business at all levels and escalating where appropriate to ensure on-time, on-budget solution delivery.\nCoordinate and lead action-based meetings and steering groups, ensuring minutes and actions are produced and distributed to relevant parties.\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure availability and suitable resource allocation.\nManage relationships with project stakeholders.\nPerform risk management and mitigation activities.\nEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.\nCoordinate the updating of budget costs and liaise with the relevant internal team to ensure costs are controlled.\nSupport outside of typical working hours as needed for projects that demand additional management and resources.\nHand over project deliverables at completion to the relevant Operations and Global Supply Chain teams.\nLead by example through the URBN values and core competencies to foster a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing environment for both the business and its employees.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRole Qualifications\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nBachelor's degree required.\n5+ years of proven experience as a Project or Program Manager.\nExperience in large-scale change projects with time-critical dependencies.\nThorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.\nExcellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.\nExperience documenting and communicating functional and technical requirements.\nExperience conducting ROI, value/complexity, and/or opportunity scoring analysis.\nExperience establishing and driving operational excellence within an organization.\nLEAN/Six Sigma and/or PMP certification is a plus.\nOutstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.\nWorking knowledge project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).\nAbility to build, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nExcellent leadership and team-building skills.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nProven ability to influence others.\nDelivers results through others.\nActive coach and problem solver.\nDrives focus by consistently referring to the company's values, vision, and strategy.\nAbility to solve problems, execute on initiatives, and transfer knowledge.\nMust be able to comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.\nUtilize Google Workspace tools to efficiently collaborate, manage data, and streamline daily administrative tasks.\nPhysical Requirements & Environment\nSit for long periods of time while using a computer.\nStand or walk throughout a shift, as needed.\nOccasional travel to Supply Chain facilities as needed.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nThe Perks\nURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
