If you are using a school email address, please also include a personal email address in your profile as an alternate point of contact.\nApplications will close at 5:00 PM EST on October 30, 2026.\nRole Responsibilities\nSupport active retail technology projects and pilot programs - helping track scope, timelines, and store-level feedback\nAssist with QA/testing for retail-facing applications during development cycles\nHelp manage intake and organize incoming requests across the Retail Technology team's project queue\nMaintain and update documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge base articles used by support and store teams\nParticipate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews) with app development teams\nRole Qualifications\nExperience at URBN retail store locations or other retailers (a plus, not required)\nStrong organizational skills and comfort tracking multiple workstreams at once\nGood communication skills and willingness to flag issues or ask questions\nEagerness to learn new technologies, testing processes, and project tools\nSolid Google Workspace skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides)\nCuriosity and creativity in applying AI tools to everyday work\nThe Perks\nURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
