You will collaborate with a talented cross-functional team comprising UX designers, data scientists, product managers, and domain experts to deliver significant business impact.\nRole Responsibilities\nDesign and development of MCP servers for agentic tools using FastMCP or similar technologies.\nDesign and development of agentic workflows using ADK, A2A, LangGraph, or similar technologies.\nDesign and development of microservices using FastAPI, GraphQL, or similar technologies.\nDevelop functional designs while interacting with enterprise architects, developers, business partners, and end users\nCollaborating with Product Designers, Product Managers, and other Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products.\nConduct exploratory proof-of-concept studies to assess potential deployment architectures and evaluate new data engineering technologies.\nPropose, promote, and facilitate paved paths for algorithm integration and productization, laying foundations for feedback loops and data flywheels.\nCollaborate with the team to implement and maintain the ML architecture, including data pipelines and applications that enable training and inference of ML models in production.\nFoster strong cross-functional partnerships.\nChampion best practices in full-stack algorithm engineering\nRole Qualifications\nAI-Augmented Development: Proficient in leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, VS Code Copilot, Claude Code, or Gemini) to accelerate code authoring, refactoring, and complex troubleshooting while maintaining high standards for code quality and security.\nRESTful APIs & Distributed Systems: Strong background in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and Distributed Systems. Experience with microservices architecture, consensus patterns, and ensuring high availability across distributed nodes.\nSystem Integration & AI Workflows: Ability to integrate complex workflows and AI/ML services into backend systems using modern orchestration frameworks and event-driven patterns.\nContainerization & Cloud: Proficiency with Docker for containerization and experience deploying applications to major public cloud platforms.
