You will perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager and work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.\nShifts:\nMonday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm\nSunday - Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm\nRole Responsibilities\nAssist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned department \nMonitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes \nFlexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities \nProvide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met \nMaintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails \nPerform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager \nWorks with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management\nRole Qualifications\nMust be 18 years or older\n\nHigh school degree or GED required\n\nProfessional written and verbal communication\n\nProblem-solving and reporting skills\n\nStrong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite\n\nMaintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required \nComprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards\nPhysical Requirements\nAble to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift\n\nClimb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods\n\nReach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds\n\nOperate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements\n\nThe Perks\nURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
