They will schedule sessions, provide feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided. The ideal candidate must work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, pay attention to detail, and be open to diverse assignments. They must also be goal-oriented, excellent team players, possess a positive attitude, and have exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.\nShift: Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:30pm\nRole Responsibilities\nProvide coaching, facilitate discussions, and make recommendations based on employee observations.\nProvide effective feedback to each trainer on areas of strength and opportunities for successful performance.\nConduct training sessions, orientations, and facility tours for new hires transitioning from onboarding to training plans.\nMaintain training logs of employees and procedural changes.\nUnderstand site-specific systems and procedures.\nCommunicate productivity standards and LM performance.\nInteract with supervision and cross-functional employees to resolve issues affecting operations.\nCommunicate and uphold company policies and procedures.\nMust be an expert in all warehouse departments.\nRole Qualifications\nMust be 18 years or older\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience\nExcellent public speaking and presentation skills with expertise in training techniques\nLabor management experience\nKnowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and warehouse equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker)\nExperience in a highly automated distribution center or production environment\nAble to work with minimal supervision, possess time management and organizational skills\nMust maintain acceptable attendance, be flexible with schedule, and be able to work overtime\nMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information\nComprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards\nBi-lingual preferred\nPhysical Requirements \nAble to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift \nClimb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods \nReach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights to 50 pounds \nThe Perks\nURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
