You will work closely with Urchin Systems’ clients building client-specific capabilities on our platform, and make sure what we ship actually works in each client’s day: understanding what they need, configuring and integrating the platform, troubleshooting issues and bringing what you learn back to the developers.\nThis position is for someone with 1-3 years of hands-on technical experience, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication who wants to own client outcomes. It is an engineering role, not a sales role and not a support queue.\nResponsibilities\nClient-specific capabilities: work closely with clients on functionality for their particular process, such as custom workflows, integrations with their systems, or document types unique to them. Build what the platform supports and partner with developers where new code is needed\nCommunicate directly with clients to understand their business and technical needs, including when the request is not clearly defined\nConfigure and integrate the platform for each client: workflows, document processing, API and webhook connections, user access\nTroubleshoot technical problems, identify root causes, implement solutions\nHelp clients adopt new features through onboarding sessions, walkthroughs and proactive follow-up after releases\nIdentify problems and opportunities in client accounts before you’re asked, and propose what to do about them\nExplain technical concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and understandable way\nReport where clients struggle to the engineering team, separating training gaps from product issues\nTake part in sprint demos and planning\nDocument configurations, results and client-specific solutions\nAct as the technical point of contact for a set of client accounts\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as solution engineering, implementation, technical consulting, integration work, or advanced technical support\nC1-C2 English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills\nSelf-driven: you spot what needs doing, decide on a next step, and follow it through without waiting for detailed instructions\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs and JSON\nExperience turning loosely defined business requirements into working solutions, ideally a proof of concept or custom implementation you delivered\nAbility to diagnose technical issues, investigate their causes and find practical solutions\nStrong technical mindset, analytical thinking, hands-on approach to problem-solving\nEffective use of AI coding tools, with the judgment to understand and verify their output before it reaches a client\nComfort managing client expectations: patient with a frustrated client and clear when something is out of scope\nAvailability to work some afternoons and evenings to overlap with US Eastern business hours\nNice to Have\nStrong plus: hands-on scripting skills in Python or a similar language\nHands-on experience with workflow automation or low-code platforms such as Zapier, Make or n8n\nExperience with document processing (OCR, classification, extraction)\nSQL and familiarity with cloud services\nKnowledge of networking and access management: DNS, VPNs, firewalls, SSO and MFA\nFamiliarity with command-line tools in Windows or Linux environments\nExperience working with US clients\nExperience in HR, payroll, insurance or claims\nBenefits\nChallenging and meaningful projects with real technical impact\nDirect influence on architecture and technical strategy\nHybrid work model with flexible remote and in-office options\nMonthly lunch tickets for a comfortable work routine\nSnacks and drinks available in the office\nPayment for a gym membership\nAccess to online courses for continuous professional development\nModern, conveniently located office in the center of Chisinau\nCorporate team-building events abroad\nSupportive management and a strong, professional engineering team\nHow to Apply\nPlease follow the link to access our Google Form -
