URI also develops permanent affordable and supportive housing, advancing long-term pathways to safety, healing, and stability for families and communities.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nThe Impact Implementation Manager supports the operationalization of the organization’s evaluation and social impact strategy by coordinating project implementation, advancing standardization of impact services, and strengthening outcome measurement practices. Working closely with the Director of Impact and cross-functional program teams, this role helps translate evaluation frameworks and systems into consistent, high-quality project execution. The position ensures that impact initiatives are implemented efficiently, aligned with organizational standards, and supported by clear performance metrics and data collection processes.\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProject Implementation Support:\nCoordinate implementation of evaluation and impact initiatives across projects and programs.\nSupport project planning, timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination related to impact and evaluation work.\nEnsure projects follow established methodologies, tools, and reporting processes.\nStandardization of Impact Services:\nSupport development and documentation of standardized processes, templates, and tools for evaluation and impact services.\nPromote consistent application of frameworks, indicators, and methodologies across projects.\nCollaborate across ESI team to align implementation practices and processes with organizational systems and database\nOutcome Measurement & Performance Management:\nAssist in developing and refining outcome measurement frameworks and key performance indicators.\nCoordinate data collection processes and ensure alignment with evaluation plans.\nWork with impact analysts to translate data into actionable insights for program teams and leadership.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nServe as a liaison between the impact team and program teams to support integration of evaluation practices into implementation.\nFacilitate communication around timelines, deliverables, and expectations related to impact activities.\nContinuous Improvement:\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes related to project implementation and outcome measurement.\nSupport the development of learning agendas and documentation of best practices.\nSPECIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:\nMaster’s degree preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in public policy, social sciences, public administration, or related field required.\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\n3 -5 years of experience in program implementation, evaluation, performance management, or social impact work.\nExperience coordinating projects and supporting implementation of evaluation or impact frameworks.\nStrong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.\nFamiliarity with outcome measurement, KPIs, and data-informed decision-making.\nAbility to translate strategy and frameworks into practical processes and tools.\nSPECIFICATIONS FOR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nHybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.\nWill be required to read printed and handwritten materials.\nWill be required to manipulate the computer mouse and keyboard.\nWill be required to read information on computer screen.\nMust be able to sit for extended periods of time.\nMust be able to enter information in digital forms and spreadsheets.\nSalary: $80,000\nAt URI we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment.
