This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid / #LI-Onsite\nWhat will you do?\nPlan testing (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests) for new and existing functionality.\n\nWorks closely with teams to design testing strategies and integrate testing into the software development lifecycle to execute on test plans.\n\nIdentifies opportunities to reduce testing time and effort by automating repeatable tests.\n\nExecutes and implements test cases, working with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders.\n\nDocuments and analyzes test results and recommends corrective action.\n\n What are we looking for?\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information-technologyor related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nMinimum 3+ years related work experience.\n\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)\n\nKnowledge of software development practices and procedures\n\nExperience working with Selenium, C#, Postman, and related technologies\n\nWho would excel in this role?\nSomeone with familiarity with continuous delivery and continuous integration\n\nSomeone with strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution skills\n\nSomeone with insurance industry and product knowledge\n\nExperience with application performance monitoring and observability tools.\n\nStrong knowledge of agile practices and experience with agile planning tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).\n\nWe want you to be involved!
