This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid / #LI-Onsite\nWhat will you do?\nResponsible for the coaching, mentorship, and skill development of team members.\n\nOrganize workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to foster a culture of continuous skill development within the team.\n\nAdvance the product and technical maturity within teams and across the department by collaborating with product owners, business analysts, engineers, architects, and others involved\n\nEnsure standards and best practices are implemented and followed within the team to provide solutions' consistency, readability, and maintainability.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nThree or more years related work experience.\n\nBachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent\n\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)\n\nInsurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products\n\nSomeone with a technical background who has a strong understanding of information systems and development operations.\n\nWho would excel in this role?\nKnowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements\n\nExperience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally\n\nSQL knowledge\n\nExcellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and individuals outside of the organization, including vendors\n\nWe want you to be involved!
