This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid / #LI-Onsite\nWhat will you do?\nParticipate and collaborate on an Agile development team.\nUnderstand the overall business flow by working with Product Owners, subject matter experts (SMEs) and business teams on a regular basis.\nDefine improvements to business processes and products.\nAssist decision-makers in gathering information in order to make informed decisions.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and Quality Assurance (QA) to identify and write the detailed requirements of test cases creating and maintaining business and product artifacts\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)\nInsurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products\nWho would excel in this role?\nKnowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements\nExperience with business analysis or project management\nExperience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally\nSQL knowledge\nExcellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and individuals outside of the organization, including vendors\nWe want you to be involved!
