Initiate projects and prepare project plans.\nThis position will be with National Indemnity Company located in Omaha, NE with a hybrid work environment requiring 50% in-office. #LI-KC1 / #LI-Hybrid\nWhat will you do?\nAct as systems engineer for Windows-based servers and Middleware applications.\n\nInstall, and administer operating systems and Middleware software to provide needed capabilities for the user environment.\n\nAnalyze and identify inefficiencies or problems within Middleware systems, determine the need, and work to resolve the issue.\n\nProvide technical instructions and training to other support staff and provide leadership and mentoring when necessary.\n\nTroubleshoot hardware and software problems during working hours and after hours as required by urgency or nature of situation.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related field\n\nMinimum 3-5 years related work experience\n\nExperience with Windows Server OS Administration\n\nExperience with enterprise software installation and administration\n\nBasic operation of Microsoft Office and other productivity software\n\nWho would excel in this role?\nMicrosoft Azure experience\n\nM365\n\nITIL or similar methodologies\n\nMicrosoft certification\n\nScripting Technologies\n\nCitrix, VMWare, MS Exchange, SQL Server Administration\n\nWe want you to be involved!
