This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid / #LI-Onsite\nWhat will you do?\nCollaborate with key stakeholders to define goals and create an execution plan for development projects, focusing on outcomes rather than solutions.\nTranslate product initiative requirements to functional team members by defining user stories for the team. \nProvide overall leadership, guidance, and support of software product delivery team(s).\nLead various Agile activities and ceremonies including daily stand-ups, story review, release and sprint planning sessions, status meetings, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.\nWork closely with and ensure regular communication with Program and Portfolio Managers, internal stakeholders, project sponsors, and other technology teams to ensure smooth on-boarding of work.\n What are we looking for?\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology or related field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 5+ years related work experience.\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)\nKnowledge of software development practices and procedures.\nExperience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally.\nWho would excel in this role?\nSomeone with experience with business analysis or project management.\nSomeone with familiarity with continuous delivery and continuous integration.\nSomeone with strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution skills.\nSomeone with insurance industry and product knowledge.\nWe want you to be involved!
