Sponsorship is not available for this position.\nWhat will you do?\nSCRUM TEAM FACILITATION: Serves as Scrum Master facilitating one or more technology product delivery teams assisting in bringing new products to market and/or maintaining product health through feature enhancements and code improvements.\n\nLEAD AGILE CEREMONIES: Facilitates initiatives of varying complexity from initiation through release, providing oversight to ensure alignment with Agile Scrum and/or Kanban practices.\n\nREMOVE IMPEDIMENTS: Removes impediments to delivery through the proactive management of external dependencies, team problem solving and the development of new solutions or approaches to ongoing challenges.\n\nCOMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION: Accountable for creating and maintaining open communication within the Agile team to foster a trusting and safe team environment.\n\nCOACHING AND MENTORING: In conjunction with Product Owner and Technical Lead, assesses the team’s maturity in understanding and adopting Agile skills and methodologies.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.\n\nThree or more years’ related work experience.\n\nRequired knowledge:\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)\n\nKnowledge of software development practices and procedures\n\nExperience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally\n\nProfessional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Team Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master\n\nPreferred Knowledge:\nExperience with business analysis or project management\n\nFamiliarity with continuous delivery and continuous integration\n\nInsurance industry and product knowledge\n\nWho would excel in this role?\nStrong team facilitation skills\n\nStrong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution skills\n\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability\n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization\n\nAbility to explain and defend a viewpoint and persuade others to a defined position\n\nWe want you to be involved!
