- Perform daily accounting operations including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and issue Government Uniform Invoices (GUI) and manage input/output invoices.
- Prepare and file VAT returns and related tax declarations.
- Handle withholding tax (WHT) calculation and filing in compliance with Taiwan tax regulations.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders during audits.
- Prepare financial and tax-related reports to meet local and regional HQ requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation standards.
- Provide basic office administrative support when required, depending on organizational needs.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
職位描述
- 負責日常會計帳務處理，包含傳票編制、帳務入帳與帳戶核對。
- 統一發票（GUI）開立與管理，進銷項發票彙整。
- 營業稅（VAT）及相關稅務申報作業。
- 所得稅扣繳及 WHT（Withholding Tax）計算與申報。
- 協助月結／季結／年結作業，確保帳務準確與關帳時程。
- 配合會計師、稅務顧問及內外部稽核（Audit）作業。
- 準備財務及稅務相關報表，並配合集團或總部需求。
- 維護會計文件、合約與付款流程之合規性。
- 視公司規模提供基本辦公室行政支援。
- 其他主管交辦事項及跨部門支援工作。
- Associate degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- 3-5+ years of solid accounting experience; MNC experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan tax regulations, including VAT and WHT.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic English reading and written communication skills required.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

- 專科以上學歷，會計、財務或相關科系。
- 3-5 年以上會計實務經驗，具外商或跨國企業經驗尤佳。
- 熟悉台灣稅務法規（VAT、WHT、扣繳申報）。
- 熟悉 ERP 系統及 Excel，具英文基本閱讀及書信能力。
- 細心、具責任感，能獨立作業並與跨部門良好溝通。
