岗位职责
- 制定、实施和维护技术性QA/QC体系、标准、方法及程序，用于检查、测试和评估施工的精确性、准确性和可靠性，并在工程设计审查中融入质量要求。
- 审核并验证承包商的QA/QC计划、质量文件及执行情况是否符合最新IFC图纸; 审查质量记录，签发并跟踪NCR至闭环，进行过程检查以确认承包商安装质量达标。
- 作为质量相关事务的对口人，熟悉项目范围和图纸; 必要时向项目经理升级汇报; 参加与业主的联合QC巡查，与核心团队及承包商保持密切协调。
- 支持设计验证流程及启动调试阶段的质量问题处理; 进行根本原因分析和问题解决，跟踪缺陷整改并按时闭环; 为分包商提供质量培训。
- 汇总、分类和分析质量检验数据，编制报告用于监督和改进; 基于完工项目总结经验教训，并在过程中识别持续改进机会。
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical QA/QC systems, standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating construction precision, accuracy, and reliability. Review engineering designs to incorporate quality requirements.
- Audit and validate contractors' QA/QC plans, quality documentation, and execution against latest IFC drawings. Review quality records, issue and track NCRs to closure, and perform incremental inspections to confirm installations meet specifications.
- Serve as focal point for quality-related matters, with excellent familiarity with project scope and drawings. Escalate issues to Project Manager as needed. Support mock-ups, attend joint QC walk-downs with Owners, and coordinate with core team and contractors.
- Support Design Verification (DV) Process and start-up/commissioning quality issues. Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving, track defect rectification to timely closure, and provide quality training to subcontractors.
- Summarize, categorize, and analyze quality inspection data; generate reports for supervision and improvement. Capture lessons learned from completed projects and identify continuous improvement opportunities throughout the process.
岗位职责
- 本科及以上学历，工程类相关专业。
- 8年以上半导体行业工作经验，其中至少5年施工QA/QC安装经验。
- 具备多专业半导体项目管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉项目控制机制，具备商业和技术风险评估能力。
- 优秀的沟通、表达和协调能力，能够调动咨询方和承包商的积极性。
- 具有团队合作精神，积极主动。
- 中英文流利（书面及口语）优先。
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related field.
- 8-10 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, including at least 5 years in construction QA/QC installation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplined semiconductor projects.
- Proficient in project control mechanisms, with commercial and technical risk assessment capabilities.
- Strong communication, visualization, and coordination skills; able to motivate consultants and contractors.
- Collaborative, proactive team player.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) preferred.
