You’ll be measured by the business value of what you build: reducing manual work, improving operational visibility, increasing accuracy, and accelerating key processes.\nCompensation & Work Model\nFully remote within the United States\nUSD $120,000-$150,000 annual base salary\nBonus and equity\nWhat You’ll Do\nWork with operations, finance, clinical, and other teams to understand workflows, data processes, and operational bottlenecks.\nDesign, prototype, and deploy solutions using AI-assisted development tools, APIs, automation platforms, SQL, Python, and low-code technologies.\nAutomate repetitive tasks, connect disconnected systems, and streamline manual workflows.\nBuild dashboards, reporting tools, and lightweight internal applications that improve visibility and decision-making.\nApply LLMs, AI agents, and related technologies where they can meaningfully improve productivity or accuracy.\nOwn projects from problem discovery through deployment, iteration, and measurable business impact.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-4 years of relevant experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering, technical operations, or a similar role.\nStrong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable platforms.\nAbility to work with APIs, databases, SQL, Python, and integration tools.\nExperience building lightweight internal applications, dashboards, or workflow automations.\nStrong analytical instincts and the ability to understand business processes quickly.\nA self-starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and execute without extensive specifications.\nComfort moving quickly, experimenting, and building practical solutions rather than over-engineered systems.\nPrior experience as a forward-deployed engineer is not required.
