You’ll join a 30-person engineering team that’s hiring hands-on software engineers from mid-level through senior.\nIf you have 3-4 years of strong production experience and are ready for more ownership, we want to meet you. We’ll match the scope and compensation to the experience and engineering judgment you bring.\nYou’ll build software that supports real healthcare delivery, working on systems used by operations teams, clinicians, and health-plan partners. This is a chance to join a company scaling quickly, take on meaningful technical challenges, and grow alongside the business.\nWhat you’ll work on\nBuild applications, APIs, integrations, data workflows, and internal tools that make healthcare operations more effective\nTake features from understanding the problem through implementation, testing, release, and improvement\nWork with Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL in a database-intensive environment\nImprove performance, data quality, reliability, and visibility into how systems behave in production\nCollaborate with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders to make practical tradeoffs and ship useful software\nUse AI coding tools thoughtfully, with strong review, testing, and accountability for the result\nAt the senior level, lead larger technical initiatives, guide architecture decisions, and help raise engineering standards while remaining hands-on\nWhat we’re looking for\nAt least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, with opportunities for mid-level and senior engineers\nProduction experience with Ruby on Rails or Python, plus the ability to learn and work across the stack\nStrong SQL and hands-on PostgreSQL experience\nSolid fundamentals in data structures, API design, testing, debugging, and system performance\nExperience delivering web applications or full-stack features, with an understanding of how the user interface, services, and database fit together\nGood habits around Git, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support\nClear communication, curiosity, and the ability to work through changing requirements\nPractical experience with AI-assisted development and the judgment to validate what it produces\nYou don’t need to know every technology we use. Years of experience are a guide, not the sole deciding factor.\nLocation and schedule\nThis role is fully remote within the United States, with reliable overlap with Pacific Time.
