You will be a great fit for our team if you have a growth mindset, are tenacious in attacking both problems and opportunities, and are a clear and open communicator. \nKeyResponsibilities: \nIntegrated Digital Environment \nBuild high quality and reliable software while balancing agility and ability to delivertimelyvalue to stakeholders \nImplement andmaintainautomatedtests to support high-impact, fearless refactoring and ensure smooth, bug-free deployments \nLeverage CI/CD,GitOps, and other moderndevelopment practices to keep velocity high and toil low \nParticipate in task planning and estimation alongside experienced mentors \nCreate clear and concise documentation \nCollaborate with a small, supportive, and cross-functional team of Software Engineers \nQualifications: \nComputer Scienceor equivalent schoolwork toward becominga Software Engineer \nProficiencywith Pythonand SQL \nProficiencywith a statically typed and compiled language (such as Go,C#, JavaorRust) \nProficiencywith data modeling, database normalizationandschema design \nExperience with Linux and shell scripting \nComfortable with a container-based development workflow \nExcellent problem solving, project management, and communication skills \nDesired Experience: \nMaster’s degree in engineering or computer science \nExperience developing software in ahighly technical field \nExperience integrating systems together using APIs and queues \nExperience with frontend webdevelopment \nColorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $30.00/hour, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
