We are an intrinsically motivated team that has a passion for solving problems and empowering each other every day to develop our skills, knowing that there is always room for growth.\nWe are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to serve as the single point of contact and primary owner of one or more Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft Project and/or Planner Premium. In this role, you will lead the creation, baseline management, dynamic tracking, and routine maintenance of our master program schedules. Beyond managing network logic and critical paths, you will own the delivery of schedule-focused standard reports, performance metrics, and variance analytics to ensure key stakeholders and executive leadership maintain clear visibility into program health.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild, baseline, and maintain complex, fully logic-linked (CPM) Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project and Planner Premium.\nEstablish and preserve clean schedule architecture, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task dependencies, constraints, and total float/margin expectations.\nCoordinate regularly with Program Managers and cross-functional leads to gather progress updates, validate actuals, and update forecast completion dates.\nEvaluate logic changes, schedule health, critical path variations, and float erosion to flag potential risks or delays early.\nOwn and continuously improve standard schedule reports (e.g., Executive Dashboards, Milestone Trend Analysis, Critical Path Reviews, and Look-Ahead Schedules).\nGenerate and communicate key schedule performance metrics (e.g., Schedule Variance [SV], Schedule Performance Index [SPI], Milestones Achieved vs. Baseline, and Schedule Health Scorecards).\nConduct Schedule Risk Analyses (SRA) and \"what-if\" scenario modeling to support program mitigation strategies.\nMaintain strict adherence to change control processes for re-baselining or contractual baseline changes.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n3+ years of dedicated experience managing complex, cross-functional project or program schedules in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or defense environment.\nAdvanced mastery of Microsoft Project (MS Project Professional / MS Project Online/Server) and/or Planner Premium.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools for reporting and dashboards.\nDeep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), baseline control, float management, task dependencies, and resource leveling.\nProven ability to build concise, visual metrics, dashboards, and narrative explanations for senior management.\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Government Contracts.\nCertifications such as PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional), PMP, or EVMP.\nLeadership and team building skills to include fostering collaborative and positive cultures, formal and informal influencing skills, and team empowerment and motivation expertise.\nColorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $82,160 - $102,700, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
