This role collaborates closely with leadership, Talent Acquisition, and the HR team to deliver operational excellence, foster a positive employee experience, and ensure compliance with employment practices and policies.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with business leaders to provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management.\nServe as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.\nSupport the execution of HR strategies and initiatives in partnership with the HR Director and leadership team.\nLead and develop HR team members, promoting accountability, continuous learning, and high-quality service delivery.\nEnsure effective administration of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and HRIS data management.\nAnalyze HR metrics and workforce trends, including turnover, attendance, and headcount, to provide actionable business insights.\nPartner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruiting strategies and selection processes for critical positions.\nSupport succession planning, talent development, internal mobility, and workforce planning initiatives.\nCoach leaders on best practices related to employee performance, feedback, recognition, and team development.\nEnsure consistent application of company policies and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nDrive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.\nSupport compensation, promotion, and recognition programs to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.\nMust Haves\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n2+ years of broad Human Resources experience supporting multiple HR functions.\nWorking knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employment law compliance, and HR best practices.\nExperience interpreting and applying company policies and employment regulations.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.\nAbility to analyze data and translate insights into practical business recommendations.\nProficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nNice to Haves\nProfessional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.\nExperience supporting HR operations within a manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment.\nExperience leading workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations matters.\nBackground in leadership development, succession planning, or organizational development initiatives.\nExperience leveraging HR metrics and dashboards to influence business decisions.\nPrevious experience mentoring or developing HR team members.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus potential\n4 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage\n401(k) with employer match\nA collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement\nOpportunities for career growth within a global technology leader\nUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
