In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to candidate experience, ensuring strong pipelines and successful hires that fuel our growth.\nThe ideal candidate is a resourceful, process-driven recruiter with experience supporting technical or manufacturing environments and a passion for building high-performing teams.\nResponsibilities\nLead full-cycle recruitment for openings across multiple departments\nPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview plans, and success profiles\nSource and attract talent through outreach, job boards, career fairs, networking, and passive engagement\nScreen candidates for skills, experience, culture alignment, and long-term potential\nCoordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and ensure timely progression through the hiring process\nMaintain accurate candidate data and activity in Greenhouse ATS\nSupport employer branding initiatives and represent US Conec at recruiting and community events\nRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, fairness, and scalability\nMust Haves\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent HR/recruiting experience\n2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization\nProven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to represent US Conec at college and community career fairs\nATS experience (Greenhouse preferred)\nNice to Haves\nRecruiting experience in manufacturing, automation, engineering, or skilled-trades environments\nExperience supporting high-growth hiring or scaling organizations\nFamiliarity with structured interview methods and competency-based interviewing\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonus potential\n4 weeks of PTO to relax and recharge\nHealth, dental, and vision plans to support you and your family\n401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match and planning resources\nA collaborative, team-based culture that fuels innovation\nPaid holidays and employee recognition programs to celebrate your achievements\nCommunity engagement and STEM outreach opportunities to give back locally\nUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
