This position partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, managers, employees, and external vendors to ensure accurate program administration, regulatory compliance, and effective support of US Conec’s total rewards strategy.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefits\nManage benefit enrollments, life event changes, terminations, and eligibility updates while maintaining accurate employee records\nServe as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, vendor relationships, and benefits issue resolution\nProcess benefits billing, reconcile invoices, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments\nAudit benefit deductions, carrier files, and enrollment data to ensure accuracy and compliance\nCoordinate annual open enrollment activities, employee communications, educational resources, and enrollment processing\nAdminister leave of absence programs, including FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, and other applicable leave programs\nGuide employees and managers through leave processes, documentation requirements, benefits continuation, and return-to-work procedures\nPartner with Payroll, managers, employees, and third-party administrators to track leave status, documentation, and return-to-work timelines\nManage leave-related records, payroll updates, benefit deductions, and premium payments\nCoordinate workers’ compensation claims, documentation, claims administration, and return-to-work activities\nMaintain communication with employees, supervisors, claims administrators, and safety partners regarding claim status and work restrictions\nSupport wellness initiatives, employee engagement programs, and total rewards communications\nAdminister education assistance and student loan repayment programs, including eligibility reviews, employee support, and vendor coordination\nProvide backup support for compensation processes, including pay changes, promotions, transfers, HRIS updates, and annual compensation cycles\nAssist with compensation reporting, salary surveys, audits, and incentive program administration\nMaintain accurate data and records within HRIS, benefits, leave, and compensation systems\nPrepare reports, conduct audits, and support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the employee experience\nSupport new hire orientation, benefits education, and ongoing employee communications related to total rewards programs\nMust Haves\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, total rewards, HR operations, or a related Human Resources function\nWorking knowledge of employee benefits programs, leave administration practices, and applicable employment regulations\nExperience using HRIS platforms and benefits administration systems\nStrong customer service and employee support skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments\nNice to Haves\nProfessional certification such as CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent\nExperience supporting compensation administration or salary planning processes\nExperience coordinating workers’ compensation programs and return-to-work activities\nExperience managing wellness, employee recognition, or employee engagement programs\nExposure to benefits audits, compliance reporting, and process improvement initiatives\nExperience partnering with third-party benefits and leave administration vendors\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus potential\n4 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage\n401(k) with employer match\nA collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement\nOpportunities for career growth within a global technology leader\nUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
