This position also supports the RCM CSR team with day-to-day challenges and meets productivity goals.\nEssential Job Functions:\nAnswer a high volume of patient calls\nAnswer day-to-day questions and provide support to patients and team members\nEnsure the patient understands the statement and assist with taking payment\nFollow up timely on voicemails and emails\nIdentify and provide feedback on areas of opportunities\nIdentify and escalate posting trends that affect our patients receiving an erroneous statement\nMaintain CSR goals set by management\nOther duties as assigned by your manager\nCOMPETENCIES:\nOutstanding communication skills, both written and oral\nExperience in healthcare, at least one year\nAttention to detail and a flexible work style\nMust be a team player\nExcellent customer service skills.
