Other duties may be assigned.\n\n·\n\nWork with Maintenance Manager to schedule work to be done to support production.\n\n·\n\nPerform electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic modifications on fixtures.\n\n·\n\nSupport a team concept of working together in a mutually supportive atmosphere, respecting individuality, encouraging and using\nsuggestions, and expressing appreciation for the efforts of our co-workers at all levels.\n\n·\n\nIdentify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers or field representatives as necessary to maximize\nmachine utilization and productivity\n\n·\n\nFabricate automation and robotic systems to increase production and quality.\n\n·\n\nInstall, program, or repair programmable controllers, robot controllers, end-of-arm tools, or conveyors.\n\n·\n\nIntegrate robotics with peripherals, such as welders, controllers, or other equipment.\n\n·\n\nProvide user applications or engineering support or recommendations for new or existing equipment with regard to installation,\nupgrades, or enhancements.\n\n·\n\nProvide customer support, determine sources of problems, trouble shoot to resolution.\n\n·\n\nDisassemble and reassemble robots or peripheral equipment to make repairs such as replacement of defective circuit boards,\nsensors, controllers, encoders, and servomotors.\n\n·\n\nDevelop robotic path motions to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality.\n\n·\n\nProgram / Debug robotics programs\n\n·\n\nBuild or assemble robotic devices or systems.\n\n·\n\nFabricate housings, jigs, fittings, or fixtures, using metalworking machines.\n\n·\n\nPerform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components.\n\n·\n\nMaintain service records of robotic equipment or automated production systems.\n\n·\n\nDocument tasks performed and inventory items used on a daily basis\n\n·\n\nCreate back-ups of robot and controls programs or parameters.\n\n·\n\nReport any unsafe conditions immediately.\n\n·\n\nOther duties and responsibilities as required by the supervisor to maintain and operate a safe, efficient, and quality conscious\noperation.\n\n·\n\nEnvironmental Responsibilities- May be required to functions as a member of the environmental response action team, with\nspecialized training as listed in the tracking system.
