Through highly technical research and development, coupled with a diverse and knowledgeable Management Team and dedicated Associates, US Farathane has continued to grow each year. We provide customers with a wide range of full-service support from black-box design concepts to highly engineered composites, TPE’s and TPO’s as well as specialized extrusion and compression technologies.\n Essential Duties & Responsibilities:\nResponsible for cleaning up unexpected spills in the molding areas (oil/water leaks, material leaks, parts etc.). This includes the upkeep of recurring oil leaks using designated vacuum and/or oil absorbent pads and proper disposal thereof. \nResponsible for maintaining the aisle ways in the molding areas.\nResponsible for maintaining the appearance of cleanliness in the parking lot including the removal of all trash, cleaning around the compactor and straightening of and around outside storage as needed.\nResponsible for the washing and the wiping of all assigned equipment as directed by supervision.\nResponsible for the removal of all resin from the molding machines, their base and the surrounding floor. \nResponsible to keep cleaning supplies stocked and secure underneath Mezz when not in use. \nResponsible to follow all OSHA and safety related rules and regulations. \nResponsible to follow all USF policies and procedures. \nQu alifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Plastic Injection Molding background is helpful.\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. \nAbility to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors and other employees of the organization.\nAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
