Will assure compliance in quality systems internally to the standard and internal compliance to corporate procedures.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nDevelop Quality System for plant.\nPerform audits of system to TS16949, process audits, MS9000/BOS system as needed\nUpdate TS/ISO book files.\nPerform engineering file verification audits.\nVerify APQP Compliance in Parts +\nPerform Quality file verification.\nTrack all new launches.\nPerform material handling verification. \nVerify plant capacity as required by Ford Quarterly\nAssist and actively participate in solutions to areas of nonconformance.\nAssist Quality Engineer function as needed.\nPerform control plan verification\nVerify Record Retention.\nTrack Corrective actions of audits.\n Train employees on revisions as required to Quality system and/ or policies.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as they relate to overall safe and efficient plant operation.\nMaintains records to monitor training for postings for all employees\nConfers with Managers and Supervisors to determine training needs.\nSupervisory Responsibilities- In the event that this position becomes vacant, the Quality Manager will resume responsibilities.\nEnvironmental Responsibilities- Will actively perform as a member of Management Cross Functional Team if required. Able to act as a Program Manager for system improvement projects and maintain personal evidence files for these projects. Able to train subordinates or superiors in system policies, procedures, or instructions that have bearing to department, job function, or standards. Provides OJT to personnel where appropriate.\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
