We provide customers with a wide range of full-service support from black box design concepts to highly engineered composites, TPE’s and TPO’s as well as specialized extrusion and compression technologies.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSupervision of all manufacturing personnel; and all non-manufacturing personnel when their direct report is out of the building.\nFacilitator of all daily shift operations.\nResponsible for all personnel safety, conduct and discipline.\nResponsible to ensure all internal and OSHA required safety procedures are followed.\nResponsible to ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. (i.e., TS-16949, Quality Manual, etc.).\nInitial investigator of all issues involving hourly employees.\nMonitor all production equipment for maximum performance.\nMonitor all personnel for performance and adherence to procedure.\nOverseer of all on the job training.\nEnforcement of Production standards.\nEnforcement of Quality standards.\nEnforcement of Material handling standards.\nEnforcement of Housekeeping standards.\nEnsure proper and timely application of all process improvements.\nRecord and enter labor, scrap, and finished parts to maintain inventory.\nDirectly supervises employees in the manufacturing department\nResponsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\nOther duties may be assigned.\nQualifications:\nRelated Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrevious automotive operations management experience preferred.\nHigh energy and experience in inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams. \nUS Farathane offers an impressive compensation and benefits package including:\nMedical\nDental\nVision\n401k with company match\nPaid holidays and vacation\nJob Promotional Opportunities and much more!\nInterested applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
