Other duties may be assigned.\n Perform Receiving Inspection and Dock Auditing as needed\n Perform in-process inspection of product to determine compliance to customer requirements\n Maintain variable charts per blueprint and/or customer requirements\n Monitor data received by sub-contractors for compliance to specifications as needed\n Assist in sort operations as needed\n Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures\n Adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. quality manual, associate's handbooks, level II procedures, etc.)\n Maintain work area per housekeeping standards\n Performs all other duties as requested by the Quality Manager\nQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of inspection techniques and simple measurement instrument usage. Capable of performing Gage R&R and capability studies\nLANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors and other employees of the organization. Ability to work well with others in a team environment Good organizational and communication skills\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to do simple math; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Also, the ability to add positive and negative numbers\nREASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
