As part of our GM team, you'll work alongside experienced commercial, engineering, and manufacturing professionals supporting programs found in vehicles driven across North America.\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your automotive commercial career while developing valuable exposure to customer management, program support, forecasting, pricing, and new business development.\nWhat You'll Do - Key Responsibilities:\nAs a Sales Support Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our GM Interiors business by:\nSupporting the sales and commercial team in the daily management of GM customer accounts.\nPreparing and maintaining reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other critical business documents.\nEnsuring accurate and timely communication between customers, sales teams, engineering, finance, and operations.\nManaging and maintaining customer purchase orders and related commercial documentation.\nWorking directly with customers to resolve pricing, contract, and order-related issues.\nBuilding strong customer relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience.\nTracking engineering changes, program updates, and future business opportunities.\nMaintaining sales forecasts and implementing pricing adjustments with accuracy and urgency.\nMonitoring and updating customer portals and OEM websites.\nAssisting with problem resolution related to orders, account status, and customer requests.\nSupporting commercial teams during new program launches and business growth initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n1-2 years of automotive sales support, commercial support, or customer service experience.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to work collaboratively across multiple departments and customer contacts.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.\nExperience supporting General Motors accounts or other automotive OEM customers.\nFamiliarity with automotive interiors, plastic components, or automotive manufacturing environments.\nExperience working with customer portals, forecasting tools, and pricing systems.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou are highly organized, proactive, and customer focused.
