The expected base rate for this role is between $16.35 and $27.24. Sorts and files department paperwork.\nAnswers and screens telephone calls and routes to appropriate departmental staff personnel.\nDrafts, updates and revises correspondence as requested.\nIf designated, assist with setting up appointments for Department Manager/Supervisor.\nMaintains and updates internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, logs, etc.\nMonitors supply usage within the department and places orders when necessary.\nAssist division with travel arrangements.\nMaintains conference room calendars and schedules rooms.\nAttends department staff meetings, trainings, etc. as needed.\nQualifications:\nEducation: High School Diploma or Equivalent required\nKnowledge/Skill/Abilities: Must have basic computer proficiency.
