Complete essential Returns & Refusals functions.JOIN THE US FOODS TEAM!\nReady to build a career with a company that’s leading the foodservice industry?\nSchedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (training for the first few weeks will be on various schedules- including split/night shifts)\nCompensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.\nStarting rate is $25hr.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \nPerform daily inventory counts and audits and provide detailed documentation of results.\nResearch transactions and exceptions to derive root cause and provide resolution.\nRequest, prepare, compile and retain reports and records in printed and electronic form.\nIdentify products in inventory database; Identify code dates on products.\nPerform full range of Inventory Reclass/Transfer functions.\nEvaluate, verify and process Driver returned products.\nReconcile Routes, Invoices and other documents.\nProcess debit and credit adjustments while utilizing accurate reason codes.\nPerform related clerical tasks and audits to support warehouse logistics.\nMove and stage pallet loads with material handling equipment.\nAdhere to Company standards for Safety, product handling and Food Safety.\nKeep timecard record to ensure accurate time and attendance reporting.\nAdhere to Division Attendance Policy.\nWork in multiple environments, including office as well as ambient, refrigerated and frozen storage areas.\nMust be able to lift products occasionally up to 90lbs.\nQUALIFICATIONS \nEducation/Training:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nRelated Experience/Requirements: \nA minimum of three years job experience, Inventory Control or other Clerical in a Distribution Center setting.\nHACCP experience preferred\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nComputer literacy - MS Office, electronic inventory database, Windows based applications.\nAble to communicate effectively, written and verbal; Possess strong math skills, excellent organizational practices with a high attention to detail.\nAble to resolve routine problems of typical scope; Analyze complex scenarios; Prioritize job tasks of varying frequency; Perform with limited Supervision.\nPossess and practice strong teamwork skills; Serve as resource to others and provide inter-department support.\nAbility to operate and become certified on Powered Industrial Trucks (Pallet Jack, Stock Picker, Standing Reach Truck).\nWork Environment:\nAbility to work in environments between 0F and 34F degrees\nCompensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds).
