This provides the division with up-to-date inventory records to ensure efficient shipping and a high confidence in customer product.Our Inventory Control Coordinators start at $25 per hour.\nSchedule & Location\nMonday- Friday I Shift start times between 7AM- 8AM |Aurora, IL.\nThis position will relocate to Plainfield, IL by mid- 2027.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nCompiles records from ordering, shipping, and receiving materials.\nUpdates information on computer to maintain inventory records.\nAssesses stock supply and reorder status.\nPrepares and verifies requisition of additional stock items.\nAssists in inventory and procedural audits when necessary.\nPerforms other clerical duties as necessary.\nRELATIONSHIPS\nInternal: Inventory Control Supervisor/Director - Receives training and limited supervision in daily activities. Review of errors occurred. Advises on the activities of other inventory control associates.\nDay Warehouse Manager - Receives information on inventory issues\nPurchasing Department - Receives & provides information on inventory and quality control issues.\nExternal: None\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation/Training: High School Diploma or GED\nRelated Experience: 5 years of experience with inventory control and HAACP requirements required.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, basic computer skills. Must be able to work on complex tasks, prioritize workload and advise others in department on workflow. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others.\nPhysical Requirements: Constant sitting, frequent standing or walking.
