Majority of time will be spent operating processing equipment.\n1st shift\nSchedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm\nStock Yards Facility - Spokane Valley WA\nPay starting at: $25.00 hr\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperation of Meat Processing Equipment; CryoVac, MultiVacs, Dicers, Needle, Slicer, Portion Cutters, Scales, Pack, trim and customize portions of meat products using knives, or other meat production equipment.\nCount and stack on tray portions per customer and company specifications.\nLabel portion with supplied number product labels.\nSet up packing and labeling area as required.\nPerform end of day functions.\nActively maintain, and merchandise partial cart.\nKeep packing area and cutting room and surrounding area clean and sanitized.\nFollow company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain sanitary conditions.\nPerform end of day functions.\nOther duties as assigned by manager.\nSUPERVISION:\nThe incumbent is not required to provide direct supervision for any position.\nRELATIONSHIPS\nInternal: The incumbent is required to interact with employees at all levels of responsibility throughout the company.\nExternal: The incumbent may be required to perform demonstration cuts or packing for tours, and sales team.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWork continually in a refrigerated environment 35°F- 45°F. Incumbent must have the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
