Get all the details here.\nEvaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump)Repack damaged product determined to be saleable.\nRecord proper information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.) whether for sale or salvage.\nProperly record all dumped product.\nAssist with tracking of dated products to minimize product lost due to date issues.\nKeep work area clean and organized.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation/Training:\nHigh School Diploma/GED\nRelated Experience/Requirements:\nWarehouse experience/foodservice product & processes knowledge preferred.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.\nAbility to work independently.\nSafely operate electric pallet jack.\nGood communication skills - written and oral.\nWorking knowledge of Excel.\nWilling and able to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.\nMust be dependable.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to work in a multi-temperature environment\nAble to stand for long periods of time.\nMust be able to lift up to 80 lbs.\nCompensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).
