This includes identifying and quantifying business opportunities, analyzing data, communicating findings and recommendations to executive audiences, engaging with cross-functional teams, and supporting implementation.The work for the Sr Manager Strategy position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.\nRESPONSIBILITIES \nProject leadership: Own project deliverables, timeline, and success criteria; collaborate with internal analytics partners, business stakeholders, and Strategy leadership.\nAnalytics and solution development: Leverage advanced methods and tools to analyze business problems; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights and develop clear, concise, and fact-based recommendations.\nCommunications: Create executive-level written materials and present to senior audiences.\nField enablement: Develop training, standard operating processes, and tracking capabilities to enable field execution against corporate initiatives.\nDepartment support: Collaborate with members of the Strategy team and support consistent and ad-hoc project needs.\nOther duties as assigned by manager\nSUPERVISION:\nTeam of up to 2 Senior Analysts\nRELATIONSHIPS\nInternal: Strategy team and key internal stakeholders\nExternal: External customers and vendors, as applicable\nWORK ENVIRONMENT (Select one)\nRemote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n6 years of demonstrated successful experience in analytical roles\nStrong analytical, problem solving and technical aptitude; experience in gathering and analyzing data with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, completeness, responsiveness, and accountability.\nDemonstrated motivation to build consensus, lead workstreams, and drive progress on assigned projects.\nClear, concise communicator able to interface with all levels of the organization.\nStrong written and oral presentation skills, including comfort presenting to senior management.\nAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently.\nExperience in data analysis and statistical inference.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nEDUCATION\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, OR related quantitative field\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMaster’s degree.\nPrior management consulting, corporate strategy, retail, or pricing experience\nPrior retail and/or pricing experience\nSQL experience\nThis role may also receive annual incentive plan bonus and long-term incentive program.\nBenefits for this role may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
