This makes sure the drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day’s deliveries.\nWork Schedule: Sunday - Thursday and Friday 5:30 pm until complete\nSalary: $21.41/hour\nMust be Electric Pallet Jack certified - REQUIRED\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nConduct trailer inspection before loading to insure trailer is clean, has the proper temperature and is ready for loading.\nEnsure all pallets are built according to stops and are securely wrapped to avoid damage during transport.\nVerify header labels on all pallets and check for damaged or outdated product before loading.\nLoad trailer, ensuring bulkheads are placed correctly and are secured. Also, confirm load diagram is completed and submitted.\nFollow all safety work practices and maintain clean and orderly dock area.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation/Training: High School Diploma or GED preferred.\nRelated Experience: A minimum of one year warehouse experience preferred.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nMust be Electric Pallet Jack certified - REQUIRED\nGood attention to detail\nAbility to read load diagrams\nBasic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).\nMust be team oriented and able to get along with others.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nComfortable working in a multi-temperature indoor/outdoor environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required\nCompensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).
