Come join our caring team of professionals!\n **Responsibilities:**\nProvide per diem athletic training coverage as needed to support team operations and athlete care\nPerform comprehensive injury assessments and evaluations using appropriate clinical examination techniques\nDevelop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans for injured athletes\nProvide immediate emergency medical care and injury management in accordance with established protocols\nCollaborate with team physicians, coaching staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal athlete health and safety\nMaintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation for all athlete evaluations and treatments\nDesign and implement injury prevention programs and conditioning protocols to enhance athlete performance and reduce injury risk\nEducate athletes on proper injury prevention techniques, recovery strategies, and return-to-play guidelines\nManage athletic training equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards\nMonitor athlete health status and provide ongoing support during practices, competitions, and team events\nEnsure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies\nCommunicate effectively with athletes, coaching staff, and medical personnel regarding injury status and treatment progress\n **Required:**\nCurrent Athletic Trainer Certification (ATC) license in Pennsylvania\nBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Athletic Training program\nCurrent CPR/AED certification and First Aid certification\nKnowledge of injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation protocols\nStrong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nCompetitive
