The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments, procedures, and resources across our healthcare facility, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care.\nManage and maintain the centralized scheduling system for multi-disciplinary services.\nCoordinate patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups using scheduling software\nCommunicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to schedule and confirm appointments.\nResolve scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments to maximize efficiency\nEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies\nCollaborate with various departments to streamline scheduling processes\nHandle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the scheduling tracking system.\n Proven experience (2-3 years) in scheduling or related administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting\nProficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel\nExcellent time management and multitasking skills\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred\nKnowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred\nFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume scheduling\nStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively\nCustomer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service\n At Ability Rehabilitation, we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment.
