If you are excited about giving back to the community and making a lasting impact on children's lives, then SafeSplash is the place for you!\nBenefits\nPaid Training\n\nDaily Pay available\n\nSafeSplash® Brands Curriculum Certification\n\nFlexible Hours\n\nFree Swim Lessons for immediate family of employees\n\nCareer Growth\n\nHealth Benefits (30+ hours per week)\n\nPaid time off (30+ hours per week)\n\nWealth Benefits (30+ hours per week)\n\nResponsibilities:\nOperations\nOperations Support: Assist in instructing, deck management and front desk duties to ensure efficient and effective operations.\n\nFacilities: Assist in the opening and closing of the facility and ensure proper processes and procedures are completed in the interior, exterior, pool and pump room to ensure cleanliness, safety and operational standards.\n\nSafety: Promote a safety culture for our team, students, and parents by consistently executing the quality assurance and brand standards and responding accordingly.\n\nRisk Management: Promote a culture of safety by consistently enforcing safety protocols and addressing potential hazards promptly.\n\nEmployee\nHiring & Staffing: Assist in interviews, and onboarding to integrate new employees.\n\nTraining & Development:Assist the location in providing initial training for new staff and ongoing education for all team members to enhance their skills and stay current with standards.\n\nStaff Scheduling: Assist in the scheduling of staff from finding substitutions, adding and removing classes and communicating to customers of scheduling changes.\n\nTeam Management:Supervise instructors and lifeguards to ensure high-quality lessons and adherence to safety and brand standards.\n\nRetention-Focused:Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture through team-building activities, recognition, and growth opportunities.\n\nCulture of Performance: Provide employees with ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.\n\nDirect Reports: This role may have direct reports depending on the location volume.\n\nCustomer\nCustomer Experience: Deliver a world-class experience by addressing customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining high satisfaction scores (NPS).\n\nCustomer Retention: Execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, including proactive communication with parents about their child’s progress.\n\nCustomer Follow-Up: Respond to customer requests effectively and promptly, as well as feedback from social platforms.\n\nMarketing\nLocal Marketing: Assist in local marketing initiatives to promote programs and increase community involvement.\n\nSocial Media: Assist with creating and managing social media platforms to engage with customers and drive interest in the swim school.\n\nCommunity Relations: Partner with the General Manager to strengthen relationships with local businesses and organizations, enhancing community visibility.\n\nNon-Dedicated Facilities\nA non-dedicated facility is where swim lessons are held at a fitness center or hotel pool.\n\nCompliance: Ensure the execution of the master agreement with the hosted partner.\n\nJob Type\nPay: Based on experience, location and volume impacts\n\nWeekdays, Weeknights and Weekends required\n\n30+ hours a week (seasonality can impact this)\n\nWork Location: On-site\n\nReports To: General Manager / Assistant Manager\n\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred;
