independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\nTo understand the of IT /Engineering / Manufacturing / Semiconductor / BFSI / Banking requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.\nSourcing and screening potential IT/ Banking -BFSI /Engineering domain from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.\nResponsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.\nTo ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.\nRegular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.\nSkills:\nMust have minimum 2-4 years hiring experience into IT /Engineering / Semiconductor / Manufacturing / Banking / BFSI recruitment with direct clients only.\nThe ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.\nShould have ability to deliver results in fast paced &
