Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians during medical procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.\nPosition Details:\nLocation: This position works in our: Canfield, Canton, Fairlawn, Middleburg, OH clinics\nOptional: Erie, PA on Mondays (will receive mileage when traveling to Erie).\nSchedule: Full-Time, Tuesday-Friday (Or M-F is adding Erie)\nCompensation: $22-$27hr based on experience and qualifications. \nKey Responsibilities:\nGreet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.\nObtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).\nPerform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.\nAccurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.\nDeliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.\nUtilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.\nSupport patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.\nLeverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent, required.\n 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician), required.\nExperience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, required.\nCompletion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.\nProven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, required.\nBenefits\n Health insurance (medical,
