Want a Monday–Friday Job That Gets You Out of Retail or Restaurants?
If you're ready for a change from working nights, weekends, or unpredictable shifts, this could be your opportunity to step into a professional office environment — without needing previous office experience.
LocaliQ/USA TODAY is looking for an Office Administrator – Public Notices to join our Green Bay Press-Gazette team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, working on a computer, and keeping things organized. Maybe you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or another busy environment. You've already developed many of the skills you'll use here.
We'll teach you the rest.
You'll receive hands-on training, learn our systems, and help process important public notices while supporting customers and coworkers. It's a chance to build office experience, develop new skills, and settle into a consistent weekday routine.
What Your Day Could Look Like
You'll help keep things organized and moving throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer and sales representative questions by phone and email
Entering information into computer systems and processing public notices
Reviewing notices and proofs to make sure information is accurate
Keeping track of deadlines and making sure notices are completed on time
Helping resolve questions and working with other teams when needed
Learning our systems and processes with support and hands-on training
You'll have a variety of tasks to work through, but you won't need to walk in knowing how everything works. We'll help you get comfortable with the job.
What You Bring
You don't need an office background, a specialized degree, or public-notice experience to apply.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable using a computer, and willing to learn.
You might be a great fit if you:
Enjoy helping customers and working with people
Are comfortable using a computer and learning new programs
Pay attention to details and take pride in getting things right
Can stay organized and keep track of a few things at once
Communicate clearly and professionally
Show up, follow through, and can be counted on
Have you worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, a call center, reception, or customer service? Those experiences can translate well into this role.
Maybe you're looking for your first office job, returning to the workforce, or simply ready for a different kind of workday. You don't have to check every box to be considered.
We'll train you on public notices, our systems, and the day-to-day responsibilities. Notary experience isn't required, and we can assist with becoming a notary if needed.
A Workday You Can Plan Around
Imagine having your evenings and weekends back.
This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM office position in Green Bay. You'll work with a supportive team, receive training, and have the opportunity to build practical administrative and computer skills you can carry into future roles.
You'll also have access to:
Health, Dental & Vision coverage
401(k) with company match
Paid Time Off
Company holidays
Training and development opportunities
A supportive team environment
If you're looking for a dependable weekday job, want to gain office experience, or are ready to try something new, we'd love to hear from you.
