Fast paced operation and must be good team player.\nResponsibilities:\nInterpret press layout and web leads\nMake ready and operate offset web press\nMonitor printed products and make adjustments as needed during press run to ensure they meet quality standards\nPerform routine preventative maintenance\nClean press after production run\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 5 years offset web press experience\nBasic computer skills\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMust be able to work varying shifts according to business needs\nSkilled in trouble-shooting\nMust have good verbal and written communication skills\nExperience with the following is a plus:\nDensitometer\nOperation of a 2;3;3 jaw folder\nTension control of multiple web leads\nAurosys and PECOM systems\nMAN Roland RegioMan or GeoMan press operation\nThe Benefits:• 15 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) annually, increases to 25 days after reaching 3rd year anniversary• Full Time Benefits with the company the first of the month following your hire date.
