Ensure that daily production is completed in a high quality and timely manner.\nConfirm accurate product staging.\nPerform hands-on duties of Packaging Operator as needed due to staff shortage, machine problems and various unexpected workflow issues.\nProficient operation of preprint management systems, inserter drive controls and related reporting.\nPerform and verify inventory of strap, bottom wrap, and consumable parts and supplies.\nAssist Manager/Assistant Manager with packaging reports and web portal data entry.\nPerform Packaging Operator training\n Safety \nMaintain a clean and safe work environment.
