Leads high-impact internal consulting engagements in partnership with senior leaders, supporting critical decisions across strategy development, growth strategy, organizational design and operating models, and business transformation.\nPlays a key leadership role in the development and communication of the organization’s three-year strategic plan.\nBuilds strong relationships with leaders and executives across the organization and effectively communicates strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive alignment, decision-making, and action.\nWe offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week.\nThis position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX and Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.\nWhat you'll do:\nDevelop long-term vision and direction: Create and communicate a clear vision for the organization's future growth and success. This may involve facilitating market research and analysis, identifying key trends and opportunities, and setting strategic goals and objectives.\nCommunicate and align strategy: Effectively communicate the organization's strategy to senior management, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure that all levels of the organization are aligned with and working towards the same goals. Support the design, development, and facilitation of strategy off sites.\nLead internal consulting projects: Identify and frame strategic opportunities and issues faced by the organization. Draft project proposals, design work plans, and conduct or oversee key pieces of analysis to deliver strategic insights and recommendations. Create compelling storylines that clearly articulate findings, insights, and recommendations. Influence and drive stakeholder alignment and execution.\nMonitor and assess external trends: Conduct or oversee industry and competitive research to identify potential strategic opportunities and threats. Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership, facilitating alignment on responsive actions to be taken.\nLead strategic planning: Play a leadership role in the development and communication of the organization's three-year strategic plan.\nMonitor and report on progress: Monitor the progress of the organization's strategic initiatives and report on results to senior management and other stakeholders. Adjust the strategy as needed based on changing market conditions or other factors.\nMentor and develop teammates: Support the development and coaching of junior teammates.\nEnsures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.\nWhat you have:\n· Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.\nWhat sets you apart:\n8 years of strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business unit strategy, or other relevant work experience; OR an Advanced Degree in Business or STEM and 6 years of strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business unit strategy, or other relevant work experience.\nStrong critical-thinking skills and an inquisitive mindset, with the ability to elevate thinking, synthesize complex information, and apply sound judgment while connecting individual components to the broader strategic picture.\nDemonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from development through execution.\nProven ability to leverage experience, data, and analysis to develop insights, influence stakeholders, and support strategic business decisions.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.\nStrong quantitative and analytical capabilities, complemented by excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.\nUS military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.\nCompensation range: The salary range for this position is: $143,320.00 - $273,930.00\nUSAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
