USAA roles may offer remote or hybrid flexibility for active-duty military spouses consistent with applicable policy and business needs.\nThe Opportunity\nTasks:\nManage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, and prioritize competing requests.\nPrepare executive-ready communications, presentations, and briefing materials.\nCoordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reconciliation.\nServe as liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.\nHandle confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.\nSupport special projects and events as assigned.\nPartners with hiring manager to improve employee experience by proactively planning and onboarding new EMG or other team members. Collaborates to formulate an effective transition plan that minimize/eliminate a negative impact for the incoming EA/EMG relationship. Additionally, update/submit organizational charts prior to the 1st of the month and update distribution lists within one business day of employee hire/exit.\nEnsures new hires are provided access to resources and knowledge of department-wide operations/processes. May coordinate desk/seating logistics for employees and provide oversight for on-site events.\nManages travel and expense reporting timely and effectively. Additionally, manages team budget and confirms people leader adherence to individual budget plans..\nMaintains filing system for key documents. Generates reports requested by assigned EMG.\nEnsures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.\n Experiences that will support your success:\nDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive business, financial, personnel, and strategic information with professionalism and sound judgment.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote) and comfort learning new business applications and collaboration tools.\nStrong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative processes with minimal supervision.\nAbility to anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts, and independently make decisions regarding scheduling, communications, and executive time management..\nProven experience managing complex executive calendars, prioritizing competing demands, resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating across multiple leadership teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence, preparing meeting materials, and interacting confidently with senior leaders.\nCompensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive.
