This role anticipates what is coming, connects the dots and turns priorities into action at executive speed.\nSuccess means staying several moves ahead, bringing clarity to ambiguity, building sharp executive-ready materials, chasing down what is needed and ensuring the CMO is prepared to make decisions and move.\nThis is a high-trust, high-accountability role. This position will be based in San Antonio, TX.\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position.\nWhat you'll do:\nFacilitates tactical and operational planning and implementation processes to assure that management is knowledgeable of process, goals, objectives and strategies.\nMonitors, coordinates, documents, and communicates progress toward achievement of business goals, objectives, strategies and action plan results.\nEvaluates the relevance of messages for intended audience and ensures consistency and accuracy.\nProvides advice and guidance and negotiates approval of communication materials with executive management and subject-matter experts prior to securing final approval from senior executive or Executive Leadership Team member.\nEnsures deliverables meet established standards of appearance and content and that all logistical requirements are satisfied.\nResponsible for the development, coordination and timely submission of relevant, broader level ELT and Board/Council/Committee driven requirements.\nProvides oversight and support to project teams in development and implementation of departmental employee events and business conferences.\nEnsures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.\nWhat you have:\nBachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.\n6 years of project/program management experience supporting senior level executives, corporate event planning and/or managing executive level communications.\nAbility to build strong relationships and to work with all levels within the organization.\nExperience developing executive level briefings in support of EC, CEO and BoD deliverables.\nDemonstrated capability to navigate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.\nDemonstrated ability to manage confidential information.\nAbility to interact and collaborate positively with executive leadership and communicate concepts clearly.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nWhat sets you apart:\nYou play chess, not checkers. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position.
