USAA roles may offer remote or hybrid flexibility for active-duty military spouses consistent with applicable policy and business needs.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are currently seeking a talented Flight Attendant for the San Antonio Hangar, who performs duties as a third crew member in corporate aircraft in accordance with FAR 91 and USAA Flight Operation' procedures. Responsible for all in-flight services and ground-based preparations required to ensure that passengers have a safe and comfortable air travel experience.\nWe offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be\nin the office. This position is based in : San Antonio, TX. Relocation assistance is available for this position.\nWhat you'll do:\nProvides aircraft cabin service in a professional, polite and courteous manner in order to maximize passenger and crew comfort, safety and well being.\nCoordinates flight catering and beverage requirements, and ensures aircraft and commissary is properly stocked.\nConducts cabin safety briefings with passengers to familiarize them with all safety precautions and emergency procedures.\nAssists passengers with boarding, deplanement and baggage removal.\nPerforms administrative and other operational duties as assigned by the Director, Flight Operations.\nCommunicate with senior company executives and Board Members.\nEnsures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.\nWhat you have:\nHigh School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.\n Experiences that will support your success:\nPrevious Flight Attendant Career Training School (FACTs) or equivalent training in cabin safety and emergency procedures.\n4 or more years of flight attendant experience, preferably in a Corporate Flight Operation environment.\nWhat sets you apart:\nKnowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergies\nCPR & First Aid certified\nRespect and understanding of confidentiality\nSoftware adept\nAble and willing to travel at or around 100 days a year.\nWilling and able to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts\nFamiliar with serving and cutlery etiquette\nBe an exceptional communicator with extreme attention to detail\nFamiliar with a Dassault Falcon 2000 safety instructions\nAbility to remain calm in high pressure situations\nCompensation range: The salary range for this position is: 85,040.00 - 153,080.00,\nCompensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position.
