USAA roles may offer remote or hybrid flexibility for active-duty military spouses consistent with applicable policy and business needs.\nThe Opportunity\nWhat you'll do:\nLeverage resources to gather analytics, competitive intelligence, and member information to support formulation of product strategy.\nParticipates in the development of product strategy recommendations.\nDevelop recommendations to launch new products or sales strategies and the evaluation and decision to buy/build or partner.\nAct as product SME on features and services and collaborates with business partners to provide recommendations.\nPartner with phone and digital teams on how to effectively use sales guides and provides education on products and services, including new offerings and enhancements to existing features utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver innovative solutions.\nAssist in the identification and evaluation of potential providers for alliance relationships.\nProvide support in developing, editing, and distributing product communications.\nConduct research on external market trends/design changes, financials, member information and/or transaction data for assigned products.\nHold responsibility for coordinating with relevant control partners (to include Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management) to ensure product offerings are designed, implemented, and managed in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.\nInterpret performance results to inform product or sales forecast and planning.\nEnsure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.\n What you have:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience. \n6 years of relevant industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing or Sales/Service or Finance/Accounting Operations or Financial Services.\n2 years of product management, or similar strategic management experience (similar experience includes direct support in managing product performance).\n1 year of Data Visualization experience (i.e.Tableau).\nAdvanced experience in creating product briefings.\nExperienced in market research to create product roadmap, make product decisions and iterate rapidly.\nKnowledge of applicable product related regulations, and risk and compliance requirements.\nWhat sets you apart:\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, Product Management, Analytics, or a related discipline.\nPMP Certification\nPMI-ACP Certification\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)\nSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager\nSAFe Agilist\nAgile/Scrum certifications\nCompensation range: The salary range for this position is: $114,080 - $218,030.\nUSAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
