The Driver will deliver and swap TreeMachines and carts as needed, run local routes to service USAgain collection bins and bring the collected materials for processing to the warehouse located in Denver, CO.\nLocation: Anaheim, CA\nDriver Schedule:\nWork Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday\nStart Time: 4:00 AM MTD\nDuration: 10 hours per day\nSalary: $29.00 per hour\nDRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperate Local Routes: Safely drive a box truck to service TreeMachines and Drop Spots, collecting materials and delivering them to the warehouse.\nBin and Cart Delivery/Swap: Ensure timely delivery and exchange of bins and carts at customer sites as required.\nUnload Collected Materials: Upon returning to the warehouse, efficiently unload and organize collected materials.\nOverflow Collection: Manage overflow pick-up tasks as necessary, ensuring all materials are gathered promptly.\nResolve Site Issues: Address site-specific issues, including bin repairs, repositioning, graffiti removal, and bin removal as needed.\nVehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the box truck is safe and operational.\nAdditional Duties: Support warehouse operations, including material organization and general assistance to the team.\nThis role offers flexibility and variety, requiring strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different responsibilities while maintaining safe and efficient operations.\nEnjoy Comprehensive Benefits:\nMedical: 80% Company Paid\nDental & Vision Coverage\nShort-Term Disability (STD)\nLong-Term Disability (LTD)\n401(k) Program\nLife & Accidental Death Insurance\n9 Paid Holidays\nSafety Bucks Program\nWellness Programs\nRequirements\nRequirements\nThis is a physically demanding position that requires a high level of stamina and strength.\nCandidates must have the following qualifications:\nMust be 21 years of age or older\n3-5 years of experience driving an 18' to 26' box truck for pick-ups or deliveries\nNo driving accidents in the past 3 years\nNo more than two tickets in the past 3 years\nNo DUIs in the past 7 years\nAbility to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs regularly\nCapability to twist, bend, and engage in repetitive physical movements throughout the day\nFlexibility to work hours based on business needs\nAbility to read and comprehend memos, reports, and a variety of instructions in written, oral, and schedule forms\nKnowledge of safety protocols in both driving and physical work environments\nMust be able to pass pre-employment screening\nBasic computer skills\nThis position is highly labor-intensive and requires consistent physical exertion throughout the day.
